Job Description: Renaissance Learning is seeking an e-Learning developer to help develop engaging, effective online professional development courses and materials for educators across the nation. The successful candidate will bring expertise in graphical design and multimedia production to help us create the online components. Working with a fast-paced team, the e-Learning developer will build e-learning modules that follow course design requirements and storyboards. The successful candidate will collaborate during all phases of projects to ensure best uses of technology and tools to meet the instructional intent and to optimize delivery options. The e-Learning Developer will help develop course assets and learning objects for the team. Using appropriate tools and technology, the e-Learning developer will help produce and edit video, images, and audio. On an ongoing basis, the e-Learning developer will research effective e-learning options, tools, best practices, and industry trends. The successful candidate will build an understanding of our customer’s needs for online multimedia training and advise future work.
