ABOUT THE JOB
The tasks for the department Business Processes & IT Tools are to develop and make available the retail IT platform based on Navision and support ROIG (Retailers Outside the Group) in business processes and application know-how. Furthermore the department Business Processes & IT Tools are responsible for the internal business processes and tools used by all co workers employed by Distribution. Support Specialist Distribution Tools is responsible to develop and maintain the internal tools used by all the co workers in the business unit Distribution.

YOUR ASSIGNMENT
Your tasks will include:

  • Support and develop the tools based on MS Access and SQL
  • Create and maintain documentation for the tools
  • Implement new ideas according to the Process Development plan with a clear aim to eliminate or at least minimize the use of MS Access
  • Create ad hoc reportsSecure trouble free daily business.

YOUR PROFILE
Your knowledge, skills and experience include:

  • MS Access or similar, VBA and SQL knowledge
  • General IT infrastructure, Windows, Oracle and Remote server/database knowledge
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Hands-on reports creating skills as well as overall comprehension and design abilities
  • Knowledge of COGNOS is desireable
  • Documented interest in developing solutions
  • Good level of English (verbally and in writing) is a must.
